Accounts Clerk

Your roles and responsibilities:

  • To assist in General Ledger and Accounts Payable transactions
  • To assist in preparation of monthly management accounts and reports
  • To update fixed asset register, audit schedules and inter-company reconciliation
  • To monitor company general expenses
  • To generate required report for Sales team
  • To assist in preparation of monthly GST submission


  • Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • Possess minimum 2 years and above working experience
  • Good spoken and written communication skills
  • Committed and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Possess knowledge in computerized UBS accounting and Microsoft Office application
  • Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin due to the need to liaise with various business parties.
  • Preferably construction accounting knowledge
